WHAT IS THE BUSINESS ADVISORSHIP?
The Business Advisorship is designed for those who are looking to receive support opening or continuing a yoga + wellness center or online business online or in their community. You will be supported and guided to become the director you need to be in order to open the center aligned with your heart and vision in a way that is smooth, graceful and with integrity and ease.
Richard will support you directly to map out and put in place all the practices and protocols required to open and run your center by guiding you through an intuitive step by step process. This will ensure that the center is aligned with your true heart vision and this is mantained as the core essence as it opens and runs into it's first, second and years to come. This program is taught online through interactive 1:1 sessions with practical assignments for integration and application. The studio advisorship consists in 25 hours of 1:1 support and takes place over 3 months, and can also be tailored to the needs of each individual. It is also possible for Richard to visit and support the opening of the studio/center
WE WILL COVER:
- ensure the vision and purpose of the center/business is crystal clear and on point with clear actionable steps over periods of time
- the ability to hold the bigger financial picture as well as maintain monthly and annual budgets and goals
- cultivating what it takes to hold the space for those you work with and to build your community with excellence, commitment, consistency, patience and kindness
- ensuring you have a healthy relationship with your personal practices and that they are coming from a place of authenticity, joy and devotion
- creating and structuring and/or revisiting your offerings to opening your calender, workshops, courses, memberships, 1 to 1's and pricing for all these
- communication excellence; ensuring your communication is on point, authentic, kind and effective when working with your students and teachers, managing day to day goings ons as well as email and DM messaging templates
- we will ensure that all structure and systems are in place to run your business smoothly as well as go through how to set them up; including website/landing page, payment methods and scheduling
- marketing aligned with you and your community - branding, color codes, social media and email marketing systems to mantain healthy on point communication with your community
- utilising yoga, astrology and quantum fieldwork to support you and your business
- where opening a center there is the opportunity to apprentice on future online and in person yoga and embodiment trainings
MY BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:
I have been involved and surrouned by business from young age and have carried this over into my life's work
I co-founded It's Yoga Brighton interntional yoga studio in Brighton, UK in 2017 and in 2023 was advisor to the opening of a studio in California, USA.
I have over 1000 hours of formal training in yoga and embodiment and lead 200hr yoga teacher trainings
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
The Regular price for the course is $2200USD.
When paid in full you will receive the discounted price of $2000USD.
When paying in 4 instalments you will receive the discounted price of $2100USD.
When paying in 8 instalments the price is the regular price of $2200USD
For those making monthly payments, payments will be charged each month for either 4 or 8 months
Monthly payment option outline:
Individual $525USD each month for x4 months
Individual $275USD each month for x8 months
* All deposits are non-refundable, however they can be applied to taking the course at a later date
